Mark Boucot, MBA FACHE is the hospital CEO for both Garrett Regional Medical Center (GRMC) in Oakland Maryland and Potomac Valley Hospital (PVH) in Keyser West Virginia.  Both hospitals have a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care and have adopted Lean Six Sigma as their performance improvement models.  As a result, GRMC is recognized as a Top 20 Hospital by the National Rural Health Association for 2021 and 2022; and PVH was recognized as the CMS WV Community Star for 2021.  Both hospital have an excellent record for quality of care and patient safety.
